Pros
A Very Good Technology and Product , growing very fast from Load balancing perception to Full blown ADC and security solution which will give tremendous growth with more stability in the market...
Cons
They have anonymous feedback system ( like others company ). But, it is just a system to take inputs / feedback from employee , there is no action on those feedback. The work culture is favoring culture , no equality. Some office locations are having awesome work culture and very good rate of career advancement within the department and organization whereas other office locations are just opposite of it.
