Pros
It's a very flexible and relaxed work environment, though that does depend on what department you work in. The medical benefits are comparatively very good, and over time, your PTO accrues at a comfortable rate.
Cons
F5 has not taken care of their employees to the level that anyone would consider fare during the pandemic. Merit increases have decreased steadily over the years while the workload has increased exponentially as a result of multiple acquisitions. The major behaviors touted as pillars for the company, such as people first and helping each other thrive, are not upheld by those at the highest levels of the company.
