Pros
I think the company is actually not that bad. Just do everything you can to not work at the Houston branch. You can learn a lot about staffing here. The good, bad, and ugly.
Cons
The company gives a lot of lip service about moving up from the inside. This only works if you have a supportive team and most importantly, boss. HR sweeps things under the rug when manager behavior is inappropriate. You have to be able to take some serious BS. staffing isn't for me because the goal is literally to rip people off when they are worth more than you're paying them. they spew this whole "you are changing lives and giving people the opportunity to work" but that only gets you so far when you nickel and dime them to make the company more money. you get trapped because commission is promised. you likely won't make as much as they say you will, and you will be staying another couple months just to get that big commission check. just run away.
