Pros
I feel valued and appreciated by my team. I am encouraged to hit metrics, but not bogged down by them. Commission structure is fair and you really can make a lot of money if you put in the time. Work/Life balance is great, they understand that you have a life outside of the office. We are supported by management and I feel like there is a clear career path for me at Experis.
Cons
I would love better technology and more access to job boards There is a lot of turnover/reassignment within the back office teams which can get a little confusing when figuring out who to go to for what.
