Pros
The money is good, if you work for it. The problem with previous employee's not liking this job is simply that, they couldn't work for it. Its great for someone who has time to put into something like this. I work 60+ hours a week because I CHOOSE too. The Owner and Senior Manager sat me down looked me in the eye and gave me the option to have it easy, or work for what I earn, and after years in the Marine Corps I definitely know you have to work for what you want in life, and you have to earn it. This company is beginning to really grow, and get big. There is ALOT of opportunity here, and you have to reach out for it. The hours aren't bad, they are if you have a lot going on in life but the hours are flexible if you voice yourself to Management.
Cons
pay could be better but they are working on that, management knows they will never get a complaint out of me just because I like to work, and really don't have much else going on in life and when I do they always have my back. Would be nice to get an extra hand every now and then, but as you can see good employees are hard to come by. BTW not a single soul told me to write this damn review, I was just curious about reviews and what I could be doing better and stumbled upon this site.
