Pros

None. No benefits to working for them. About to quit and leave to a Fortune 500 company. No break as well, they say it’s 30 minutes you never get it.

Cons

Overlooked 24 hrs. Only employee at store. Getting screamed at. Has a scary twitch on his head. Standing up all the shift, other big companies sit their employees. Deducts your hours. Deducts your commission. It’s a scary and screwed up company to work for, it might be successful when the owner lets a professional run the company or if someone buys it from them. Scams customers Holds customer deposits, for over 2 months. Uses that money to expand. Pay is never on time, sometimes lacks for a month. If your smart do not work here. Wants to make you feel less of a person, because he’s extremely insecure and that boost his self esteem. Does shady practices to customers. A store gets built up with a strong team, when the owner comes in to visit, he goes on a rampage on everyone and people will not take his disrespect and they quit!! He has 4 locations all of them are running with 1 or 2 employees. He has some mental and self esteem issues. Looked over 24hrs, owner thinks your always stealing from him.

Pros

Pay ok only because of so much over time Not to many pros really. But I have to write something

Cons

Management is incompetent 12 hour work days some time with or without 30 min lunch break Shortage of employees They try to scam their customers They don’t upkeep their cars properly ( warning to the customers) Management will try to get over on you - they take lunch hours out of your check even if you didnt take it - they will get rid of you if you question them about it or anything else They have these high expectations for you to sale but have so many rules and qualifications they cancel out your sales most of the time. I’m ok they have a lot of cameras good for the employee safety when alone on over night shift but I disliked that they use the camera to stalk us it makes me uncomfortable.

Pros

Lots of overtime so you get a nice check.

Cons

I’ve never been to jail but this has to be what it feels like. Every inch of the building is covered in cameras and are watched by upper management all day. I’m talking the CEO and COO level. Don’t get caught sitting down or the CEO will call you and give you a nice scolding. The only place to escape the cameras is the bathroom - I bet they even have hidden ones in there. I’ve never been micromanaged so closely in my entire life. It’s almost like working for the mob or something. They yell and curse at you for every mistake. You are paid $12 an hour but since you work like 60 hours a week it makes your paycheck look nice. You don’t get anyone to help you in the store. Every store is just one person. You do everything yourself. You wash cars, help customers, collect checks - you do everything. They deduct lunches from your check even though you don’t even get to take one. You have to eat while you’re answering the phone or helping customers. You get yelled at for not getting more accounts but since you’re by yourself in a store all day you can’t actually close down and go and get new accounts. No matter how busy you are they say “you’re not that busy. You can get it done.” The company is growing so I just don’t think they know how to let go and let people do their jobs. Upper management wants to control every little thing. They would probably just do it all themselves if they could.
