1) Exadatum works on really exciting technology domain. 2) As there is minimal micromanagement, the exposure to all aspects of corporate and information technology domain is immense. 3) I have found the founders very choosy with the technology the company takes on from its vendors, and this ensures we aren't working on anything which is less exciting. 4) The coverage of all the tools and technologies in the Big Data Ecosystem (both batch and real time) is impressive. 5) It's fun to be in the office irrespective of what hour of the day it is, as most of the colleagues maintain a really positive vibe in the office campus. 6) The one thing which kept me bound to this place was tremendous love and respect from the Directors and most of the colleagues which to me was the best compensation. Not everyone works for money. 7) There are some really passionate people out there, who can influence the way we want our future career track to look like. It's easy to find lots of role models here. Mine was Sandeep Mehta!

1) Work hours aren't up to mark and this has a big influence on one's personal lifestyle. You get a good salary but you can't enjoy it. It hurts!
