      -you will get a chance to work on latest technology -good for fresher to learn new things

      Cons

      -not good for experienced people -they do not value their employees. -you will never get clarity about what they want you to do and keep assigning some random task. -Bossy attitude. -Once a task has been assigned ,they want you to complete ASAP. -you will feel confused where your life is heading towards and negative. -expect that everybody will work on weekend.

      These is very honest comment and must be taken into consideration . 1. Good Salary for Freshers and Experience People 2. Work on latest Tech Stack and Product Development 3. You can reach out to anyone in the organization

      Cons

      1. Micro management of work in some projects . 2. No clear vision of company growth . conflict between founders is taking company to 0 and it will be split soon. Negative vibes can be felt inside company 3. Due to lack of vision and lack of trust on employees , there is no leadership role you will get to play. The Bossy attitude should be avoided 4. Treat New comers well, encourage them to learn , train them , share knowledge and build environment where everyone can learn and feel every day exciting. 5. Stretch working hours and have to work over weekend many times. 6. Counted number of clients , may be 3-5 . So your job is always at risk.
