Pros

Had some wonderful coworkers toward the end. Good PTO and sick leave

Cons

This job was wonderful. It is not anymore. Revenue is low, so their solution is to cut provider hours and blame the old VP and CFO. They haven't gotten any new marketing employees even though they are struggling. They closed centers before dedicating any resources to any of these centers. At our center, we had people saying they didn't know we were here after two years of being open. They don't want to do any on-the-ground work for certain locations. They don't handle suggestions well, and they're a super ineffective corporate team who can't even order product after being told to 4 times. They expect you to clock out if you have no clients, but you are paid hourly. Run fast.

- Clinic coworkers are great - med spa work is fun

Cons

- compensation does not reflect workload - SIX managers left just in 2026!! That should say something - clicky corporate with poor communication - no acknowledgment for being there for years, for your work, nothing. You could always be doing more. - Could do something for the nurses for nurses week but doesn’t - too much to even include
