Terrible Team, No coordination, I was told to prepare for technical & 2 days later they told me they’re progressing with other candidates. Found out more about them through my PE network, Good Riddance.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evolve Med Spa (Frederick, MD)
Interview
Talked about the company, how long they been around, opening more locations. Asked about my work history. Talked about position and benefits. Pay range, which was on the lower side and not very exact of bonus or commission.

Question 1
This was just a screening, I was interviewing them as well.
Initial phone interview to discuss the position and the company. The hours didn’t work for me but I enjoyed the process of speaking with them. They were easy to contact and communicate with. They discussed the history of the company and how they differ from other medical spa’s. If I were to continue forward in the interview process I would then have a zoom meeting for a second interview.
