- Great coworkers: providers, front desk, clinic managers - Lucrative commission structure that pays more when seeing more patients - Organized training structure and onboarding - All locations offer nearly identical treatments/ products
Cons
- Low base salary - Inflexible hours/ schedule with threat of being fired if two providers request off at the same time - Frequent turnover of providers and upper management. I think the company had 3-4 different CEOs in the two years I worked here - Frequent overnight closure of entire locations and departments - Overall feeling of instability and that I was easily replaceable as an upper-level provider who valued patient care. The company likes to hire inexperienced providers who will accept lower pay
