Pros

Some of the staff are lovely people just stuck at an awful company

Cons

Everything is a con All employees are treated unfairly Constantly deduct money from people Even if you have to leave 15 mins early they'll try and deduct an hours pay from you. Most of these 5 star reviews are on here as they get the staff they have employed to put them on, no one would put a positive review off their own back Offices are cold, damp and dirty Management think they know how to run a company but the way the place is ran is a complete joke If they replaced the management and CEO it could be a nice place to work CEO thinks everyone's out to get him and are just trying to take money off him Staff turnover is through the roof as everyone gets out of there as quick as they came in

Over recent months, we have been reviewing how we lead, communicate, and support our teams, with a clear focus on improving transparency, development, and the day-to-day experience of our people. As part of this work, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to focus on standards, communication, training, and consistency across the business. While meaningful change takes time, we are committed to doing the work properly and to listening closely as we continue to improve.

Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Cons

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
