Pros

There aren’t any. Don’t be under the illusion that you will get anywhere near a supercar because you won’t. And free food as a benefit it’s never been heard of.

Cons

You are used and overloaded to the breaking point and the first mistake you make you are out. The management is great with you whilst they are take, take, take but as soon as that stops you go to the bottom of the line and lose any “benefits ie commission or bonus salary” you have been promised. Slave labour would be more enjoyable. The company has one of the highest turnovers of staff I’ve witnessed. They never want to spend money to put things right or improve the cars or working conditions, everything is just thrown or stuck together to mask the issues.

Feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, and we take that responsibility seriously. As part of this work, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to focus on standards, communication, training, and consistency across the business. While meaningful change takes time, we are committed to doing the work properly and to listening closely as we continue to improve.

Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Cons

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
