Cons
Company does not value its employees. They do not stand by their core values. Core values are just words to them in a time where the company isn’t doing financially well. Meaning even top performers are at risk of being being treated poorly and fired without a cause. Asking for employee feedback is just to check a box, senior leadership is not truly interested in looking inward on what the feedback actually means and making changes. They just want to make excuses. In which case, if you are just going to make excuses, why even ask for feedback? Senior leadership is a huge problem and the fact that Apex hired too quickly during covid and promoted before people were ready leads to poor leaders in their current roles which is why people aren’t being developed quick enough and the company is not performing.
