i met a few great people here.
Cons
- Absolutely zero transparency from upper management and often given excuses vs. action - A lot of micromanagement - no one is truly trusted. - Lack of actual diversity when I was working there and became more apparent when they did not release ANY public communication regarding the BLM movement. - Growth opportunity only happens when they are desperate and want to be able to underpay someone internally to do the job. Or they'll do 'trial' periods where someone will do the job with no increase in pay.
