Pros
Very interesting place to work; was drafting policy reports as well as conducting background analyses. Furthermore it is a great international environment and as a blue book trainee you meet people from all over Europe.
Cons
The bureaucracy can be limiting. It will very much depend on the unit whether you get something out of it or not.
