Pros

You can get hired with no experience fresh out of school, gain that experience, and find a better job. Some of the people you might end up working with are nice. Some are even REALLY nice! You might make a new friend or two.

Cons

Is there a word limit? First of all, the pay is absolutely abysmal. The yearly salary increases are a joke. We were chronically understaffed and overworked. The building itself was a large-scale mold and insect repository, complete with peeling paint and barely functioning equipment! If all of this isn't enough to scare you off, then there's the rest of the people not mentioned above. You'll probably work under someone who respects you as a person, but the greater chance is that you will not! If the location you work at is small enough, it might bring back memories of high school. Did I mention that sick days are lumped with vacation time into one incredibly stingy PTO accrual plan? No? Okay, if this hasn't frightened you away, or if you have no experience as a desperate new grad, then get ready for some of the most mind-numbing, repetitive work in the entry level positions. It gets a bit better once you've advanced, but that takes luck and years of time. I'm not sure what is considered 'reasonable' benefits payments by the other reviewers, but they weren't for what I got. To wrap up: you will work long (usually thankless) hours for beans.

Pros

It’s a great first job, you will get a lot of training.

Cons

Pay is absolutely unacceptable, promotions are not metric based, just where your name falls on the list and if your group leaders like you or not. Too much stress for too little pay. You’re constantly being rushed to meet TAT but quality matters right? Management does not care to change things, in all the years of its existence nothing has been standardized within business units or outside.
