Ridiculously under paid and under valued. "they'd hire monkeys if possible" rapid training schedule that doesn't give time to properly learn the systems before you are left to struggle on your own, new training doesn't include any pay increases, just increased workload High turn over rate of staff leading to skill gaps and additional duties put onto the limited staff available
