Good employment benefits and business is very friendly and approachable
Cons
The leadership has not been great off late, specially in Genomics program. Frequent restructuring, vague goals and no clarity on work and roles. Expect yourself to be doing 2-3 people's job. Some managers openly threaten to lay off the team and replacing with contractors. Pay disparity is very clear too.
