Cons
- Entire management has changed in the India inside Genomics IT - People with understanding of systems, people who have built systems from ground up are leaving in droves - Genomics leadership and Lead Architect have taken turns stripping the team of all joy and positivity. Turning upto work now feels like a chore. The politics and back-handed taunts are clearly visible and bordering on harassment. - Micromanagement is at an all time peak. Mundane “Process” following has become more important than coming up with solutions or implementing them - People are treated as disposable, clearly being threatened with bonus withholding as well as overworking them till they break - Hikes are pitiful
