- Toxic environment. - Micromanagement. It is okay to a manager to say where are you going if you leave before him - 90% of tech people are outsourced and they are 0 % competent and dont care about work they do. - management dont care what you are writing as long as it is deployed in production in time, and the qa did't find any issues at first. No coding knowledge, honestly i am working with guys that call themselves senior software developers and write this code Let a; a = 1; - team leads even are not technical and whenever they receive tech task they ask devs to help them with it. My advice totally avoid this company as a software developer. Even if you are triing to move to UAE. Its not worth it.
