Massive budget cuts for department workers to work with
Uncertainty in job security
Has little to no say on the direction of the company due to selling off their stock shares (which they basically pushed all employees to sell their personal shares for the acquisition to go through) and have less members on their board than the investment firm
Value their bottom line more than employees
