      Pros

      The company itself seems to be in a good financial position, and has a steady flow of work from decent clients. The people are nice enough.

      Cons

      They have no idea how to manage a remote team. Very little communication or feedback. I was hired as a UX Designer but there was very little actual UX work, it was visual design. Not great benefits.

      Remote work flexibility, excellent work-life balance, strong benefits package, positive company culture, professional development opportunities, growth and stability.

      Pros

      great benefits and great people, will receive assistance very quickly

      Cons

      some (not all) can be very overbearing and borderline micromanag-y. processes are changing constantly and it’s hard to keep things straight sometimes.
