      poor management,high turnover - Toolroom Attendant EquipmentShare Employee Review

      Pros

      decent pay, you work all year around unlike other refinery freestyle jobs. When you're traveling they cover your transportation in room and they don't pick the cheapest rooms

      Cons

      Like a lot of other people say there is a lot of turnover because management is just terrible. They don't know how to make proper decisions, you're lucky if you get on a job with people that you actually get along with who are decent. A lot of the good people actually stay at the warehouse and refuse to travel because of all the drama and they all say how management does not know how to take care of things.

      Pros

      Growth opportunity. Corporate HQ great and supports employees.

      Cons

      Lots of work can lead to a lack of work life balance but that is everywhere anymore.

      Pros

      Having come from Sunbelt Rentals, using the T3 system is like a breath of fresh air. I love that the majority of the work flow isn't on the phone. Using the T3 systems has opened the way to reach new heights with my work and I'm loving every minute of it.

      Cons

      So far i've only really encountered one thing that I wish was different here, and thats the communication between coordinators and TAM's. Specifically, the lack of acknowledgement to questions on emails. Even a brief response would be better than seeing the messages have been read and not hearing back for hours and half of the time, not hearing back at all.
