Invested in educating the employees in areas such as selling, customer service, and anatomy/physiology.
Cons
Sometimes you'll encounter deceitful managers who promise and don't deliver. Blackout hours for employee workouts. A front desk associate one time made a very rude comment to me about my hair, telling me that I shouldn't have braids because I am not African American... so I'm not sure how thorough the hiring process is.
