      Pros

      Pay. Variety of projects keep things challenging and interesting. Nice co-workers.

      Cons

      No psychological security. Continuous culling of the herd. Workforce Solutions is highly profitable, business is doing well—not sure why the constant threat of being let go is ever-present. PTO and other benefits are mediocre. Could be better

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
