      Pros

      - Big organization - Corporate exposure - Leave policy - Income Protection Scheme - Learning hubs (Coursera, SkillSoft etc.)

      Cons

      - Poor people managers/ Don't care why people are leaving them - Leaders without practicing values (No living values) - A culture of mistrust and leg pulling - Managers only care for their own personal interests and growth - Pack of lies the way leadership conducts business/ Not focusing on actual customer issues, though they claim to be customer-first - No localized decision making/authority locally - Remote control is in AU & US - Ineffective HR - Setting no accountability for the toxic leaders killing the work culture -

      Pros

      Amazing lurning opportunities. Some very knowledgeable staff. Lots of courses and learning schemes. They prefer to look internally first for any vacancies

      Cons

      Chaotic atmosphere. Extremely low willingness to change. Takes ages to get approval for anythig (access, staff hire etc.) Outdated systems. Never enough staff, but extremely high expectations. Staff is often overworked.
