Pros
Will shove attractive women to the front of all social media and recruitment process to get you through the door
Cons
I worked here for just over a week and chose to leave because the reality of the job was completely different from what was sold during the recruitment process. From the start, there was an expectation to work around 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. When I asked reasonable questions to understand those expectations, I wasn’t given constructive answers. Instead, I was made to feel like asking questions meant I wasn’t committed to the company. A healthy workplace should encourage people to seek clarification, not make them feel guilty for doing so. The recruitment process painted a very positive picture of the company, but once I’d started, it felt like I was quickly forgotten as the focus shifted to recruiting the next group of new hires. The support and enthusiasm shown before joining simply disappeared. It also came across that the company puts a strong emphasis on image, with many of its social media posts prominently featuring attractive women, which gave me the impression that appearances are prioritised as part of the company’s branding. , I left feeling that employees are viewed as replaceable rather than valued. If you’re considering working here, I’d encourage you to ask detailed questions about the working hours,
