Pros

Every company after you leave will seem like a dream

Cons

In short, this company is ran by what I can only describe as losers who genuinely believe they have a right to disrespect and verbally harass their staff because they wear a rolex. No amount of free drinks or money, whatever the earning potential, is worth working for this disgrace of a company. Oliver Baker screamed the cohort saying “you’re all going to f*cking fail” “you’re all f*cking not working hard enough” within the first week of the training period. You will get sworn at and shouted at daily, and the office environment is cliquey and hard to integrate into. The hours are 730am-730pm, with a 50 minute lunch break. Sales environments are meant to be long hours and hard work, but there is 0 flexibility and they will tell you outright this job is meant to be your entire life, and will even make you feel uncomfortable taking annual leave unless you are one of their top performers. Don’t be fooled by the instagram and linkedin posts. There is nothing fun about working for this company. Free drinks on a friday are the least they can do after putting you through a week of absolute hell. The directors make fun of people working at Sainsburys on a lower wage, but no amount of money could buy you happiness working there.

Pros

There are no pros to this company. They only hire pretty young people to post on social media then let them go before probation is up! They Will completely destroy your mental health as it is a toxic and high stress environment.

Cons

This company is run by kids and break so many laws! There is no hierarchy or HR. It is like being at school with no teachers. They only hire young attractive people, to post on social media. They have even voiced with confidence that they wouldn’t hire any middle aged people or that are not attractive! This is breaking so many hiring and DISCRIMINATION LAWS. You are NOT hired based off skills or experience. They let people go all the time, with NO reasoning or warning, leaving people with financial worries and lost with what to do with their life. This shouldn’t be allowed as it is ruining young peoples first working experience and mental health. They are taking advantage of inexperienced people!!! There is 3 directors who constantly shout and give out VERBAL ABUSE. They threaten employees with their job on a daily bases and comment on what they look like that day in a negative way. When out on work drinks you’re not allowed to speak to anyone from the public or they directors shout at you. There is constant gossip and speaking behind peoples backs, saying nasty things about other employers. There is even CLOWN faces put on pictures of ex-employees faces. Please stay clear of this company and help report them!

Pros

No pros at all, all the good reviews on here were only written because employees are pretty much forced to write them. Whilst I was there this happened often to try and mask the bad reviews. So I can assure you, none of the good reviews are genuine. The directors basically orchestrated all good reviews. I would have rated 0 stars but it’s not an option

Cons

- all 3 directors are 3 of the most horrible people I’ve ever met (especially Ollie baker with his ‘VERY SHORT’ temper, however the other two are not much better) - you are constantly verbally abused and bullied & put down infront of other colleagues for just about anything. - the working hours are 7am till 7pm and you cannot get out of working these hours. - the office culture is very toxic and cliquey therefore it’s hard to get involved - in my cohort, 7 of us had left within the first month and this seems to happen everytime they get a new cohort, so I assume that’s why they hire in big numbers. - don’t be fooled by all of the social media posts like I was. They make it look like a great place to work but it’s nothing like that. They even admitted they do certain events/occasions just for a post, rather than to treat employees.
