      Only one pros working here and that is you learn the art of conning people and making money

      Cons

      Executive are incredibly dishonest. They are Scamming the customers. Management abusing their power for unethical benefit. People are viewed as a number and not valued. Everyone is overworked and dealing with insane and frustrating situations that we are not paid enough to deal with. You WILL get burnt out. It's the most unprofessional work environment you will ever see.

      Pros

      Envisolar's work-life balance is excellent. I've received the necessary training to put my abilities to good use. Benefits and pay are also excellent. Management is always accessible and takes the time to listen to our issues. Work is well compensated, and the hours are reasonable. You have a great team of colleagues to help you at the workplace.

      Cons

      It has its ups and downs. Have no such significant cons.
