Thank you for appreciating all the major changes we've implemented in the last 2 years. We're doing our best to keep this moment going. As mentioned in some earlier posts we're indeed taking all efforts to ensure that we're well placed in the market. This again is a continuous activity which we monitor at regular intervals. Cafeteria, is something we've been acknowledging regularly. We have a dedicated committee involved with regards to the food quality testing. All written records pertaining to the same are in place. Action is taken for any discrepancy in services. We've also got additional options in place like the treat boxes, enhanced menu, upgraded coffee vending machines etc. so that employees have more options to choose from. Ironically, we've been receiving really good feedback on our EOTQ which is why we're continuing with the trend. However, we're more than happy to consider suggestions if any. Introduction of latest technologies, though a good suggestion would completely depend on the business requirement & priorities. Lastly, regarding technical training we're definitely taking this into consideration & this is already in the enhancement phase.
