Pros

1. Admin , IT & Account people are helpful. 2. You will get great place to play pool , Table tennis , chess & carrom. 3. Only if you are in extending shift, they used to provide good food. because at that time they used to pay good amount to the vendor.

Cons

1. Experienced people plays politics, No one can help you even if you do complaint against them. They will make your life terrible in such a way that instead of changing team you are piety to change company itself. HR & Management people aware about all problems. But they don't take any steps or action against them in return they make your life terrible. 2. Pay is low, Even you can't compare your salary with someone who is having same experience. 3. Cafeteria Food quality is worse, But even though they used to deduct food amount from your salary. Provide lessthan that to vendor. That's a reason if you compare cost of evening snacks with outside you seems it costlier & same in case of lunch. 4. Some people are biased, in terms of women , language. If you do follow their rules then only favour you, you can able to survive.only if you say 'Dada' to them. 5. On floor you can notice regional language, even in meeting itself they used to talk in Regional language.

It’s unfortunate you’ve had a not so good experience with us. If action is not being taken against concerns raised it could probably mean that the problem persists from both ends which is under investigation & would apparently take time for HR/ Management to arrive at a fair decision. Salary comparison in itself is unfair as experience is not the only parameter to compare salary. Food amount is definitely not deducted from gross earnings but is indeed a cost incurred by the company. Quality is something we’ve been continually working on however; it becomes a challenge for us to cater to the taste buds of all the employees. We may need a little more clarity on point 4 if you’re willing to come & talk to us on this. We do agree that official communication should be carried out using the business language. In case you come across instances where meetings are conducted in the regional language you can help by responding in the business language which will surely bring the Business language usage back on track. We sincerely hope that going ahead things work for you. Escalating your concerns to the right POC may help. We wish you all the best !

Pros

VERY UNFRIENDLY company to work. Dumb management and liar Hr managers. Why you should join? If you want a company logo bag(if available in Stocks), a poor quality T shirt and A Diwali gift :Power Bank(warning:which can kill your phone). A Cab service at 5.15 pm. You can get a pathetic e***e pizza coupons.

Cons

Poor salary growth and a poor HR team doing false commitments. Yearly poor hikes or NO Hikes. Poor work quality. Nothing new to learn. Dam product maintenance. Poor food quality served in the cafeteria (Deducted from your CTC, even if you eat or not in the office. Uncommon job timings 8-5. Few days ago it was a school where Hr used to strictly see you while swiping id cards. Its a MNC for a name sake. Just a Fake cheap mentality. If you talk sweet with managers, they sweet with you. Pathetic work process followed. Hr can change polices any time. Any time a bond with terms and conditions can come and you have to sign it. Any time a Dumb Hr manager can stand right behind you. When you working at your desk and observe what your doing(Its irritating but true). Hr gets good perks to get a experienced candidate in low salary. This Company doesn't pay you according to marked. There are employees who do work in 1/2 or 1/3 of there Market salary. There are many things.....don't want to waste more time in writing review for such a dumb company.

Pros

1. From the first day you will be the confirmed employee of Xento. 2. Separate budget is allocated to each employee for outing and team lunch.

Cons

1. For Freshers join this company if you are economically very strong as salary is too much low(below poverty line). They are not going to provide any good appraisal. Also they are having 2 years of bond to trap you. 2. 50% of employee are freshers (Because have to pay too low) they don't value you. if you resign they hire more freshers, since existing freshers always leave due to frustration. 3. For Experience - Do not join this company otherwise you will ruin your knowledge and after leaving this company you have nothing to write in your resume. Also they are not going to provide good hike. 4. No testing process followed here, everybody is doing Monkey Testing, No Test cases, No Test planning, No RTM, Nothing, Just you have to click everywhere and find defect 5. No proper hierarchy - as 3 Years IT experience guys are as working as a TL here and 6 years experience guys reporting to them. 6. Every employee have to sign a bond that they will not join any company having same domain for 2 years after leaving this company. 7. Worst Admin facility ever seen - --- They are not going to provide cab after office timing (If you have to stay back). --- Worst quality of food served, sometimes you also have to suffer from Food Poisoning. 8. No chances of onsite. 9. HR will always say - We care about our employee. But frankly speaking they don't. --- They continuously peep your machine every time. --- They have degree on Fake promises. --- Policies continuously changing. 10. Accounting department many time disappoints you.
