Communication from management is cryptic at best. Corporate directives are not clearly (and rarely formally) shared. Turnover is high, and often positions aren't filled due to "budget". Organization is very top heavy with multiple directors placed in the same functional work area. Leadership feels comfortable talking down to employees. Advertise unlimited PTO, which is really 3-4 weeks and is at the discretion of your manager.
