Pros
Honestly, very few. very few colleagues are helpful and actually know anything, but that’s about it. Used to be an average company 2-3 years back but definitely one the worst in todays time to join.
Cons
Compensation is well below industry standards. The place runs on office politics, not technical merit. No real benefits provided beyond the bare minimum. ( Office location is very bad, the food is very bad, people here are living in medieval times they don't even know what a office party is It’s like they’ve never heard of modern workplace practices.) Career growth is almost non-existent. Work culture is toxic – unrealistic deadlines, no respect for work-life balance. Managers here work like sarkari babus. Leadership is out of touch and shows no interest in employee well-being.
