      A handful of people are understanding and good

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines Unneeded responsibilities Always finds someway to disrupt the existing process. Very less gratitude when you really went out of your way to help someone. Almost everyone only prioritises their own things, and just escalates without a concern. And the higher management is very unempathatic about this
