Pros

After reading a lot of reviews here - I would advise people wanting to know what it's like at Enphase to check the location/office of the reviews you read. The way for example the call centre locations work is not the same as the engineering sites. These are different locations, in fact mostly different states in the US and often different countries in the world! When people say this or that happens and for example something about sick days not being given, remember this varies between sites for reasons of culture, and business reasons like a call centre is not operated with the same retention of staff in mind as an engineering site for example. Also different states let alone countries have different laws. Just saying, don't go reading too much in to something about dissatisfaction with management or scope of work and benefits etc from someone in a call center in India if you want to apply to engineering in California.

Cons

Strongly agree with a previous reviewer - it's hard, but rewarding. If you want to cruise thought the day and not be challenged, look elsewhere. If you can stand the heat, then stay in this kitchen, and reap the rewards.

Pros

Great Supervisor who really cares Decent benefits

Cons

Mismanaged and out of touch from the top down. The corporate leadership don't understand or do not care about employees that do not directly impact revenue. HR talks about company culture but the higher ups do nothing to promote a good company culture. They don't promote any trust in them. The CEO said that the last round of layoffs were to help take care of the employees they were keeping and then annual raises across the board fell way below anything to keep up with cost of living increases. Nothing so far has show any sort of investment that the CEO said would be happening on employees.
