Pros

Good coffee and a nice location.

Cons

The CEO is a bully and a fantasist. He changes his mind as often as his underwear. One day your screamed at to work in this direction with everything you have. 24 hours later it's 180 degrees and abuse as to why you did yesterday's work at all! A culture of blame and the ONLY few safe from it are the CEOs cronies he drags around with him.

The CEO and his team give different excuses every week, they don’t want to declare bankruptcy and don’t want to pay their employees either since April 2024, and some even since March.

Pros

Most people working at enfore are decent, and nice people. Sometimes it feels like they regret joining this company terribly and are now hostages of the system.

Cons

Orwellian work environment where you feel disrespected on a daily basis. The company is totally dominated by the owner, who treats it as his personal project, employees are to adapt to his personal schedule, travel plans and mood. Those who disagree are quickly eliminated. The walls have ears and you feel constantly observed by those closest to the top. When the leader returns from his travels and walks into one of the office rooms, meetings must be stopped and the room given up. If you walk around too much in the office, or use the bathroom more often than he sees fit, he will complain to HR. You can often see him humiliating employees who work with him directly, he doesn’t hesitate to bang his hand violently on the table, and shout at employees during meetings, somehow that’s considered normal. It seems that he regards employees as lesser beings, not to be compared to the genius leader. It goes without saying people get fired on a monthly basis. Because the leader seems incapable of trusting anyone he micromanages every single department, which leads to the company being incapable of getting anything done, the Tech team has to constantly scramble to try and integrate the new features that he requests, and he seems to change his mind on a weekly basis. As if all of this wasn’t enough, management seems to prioritize its financial planning over the rights of employees. If you are being lured into accepting a job there, know that it comes from a place of desperation. I would advise you to be very careful, ask about the management style during the interview process, read the other Glassdoor reviews and reach out to current employees for feedback on Linkedin.
