Worst ever

Pros

People you are going to work with are, by one word - great. They all suffer together.

Cons

Lot of lies, self called 'world class management' is such a bunch of people who go together from company to company and destroy everything they touch. Hire and fire politic is only politic they know about. If your opinion is not like theirs - you are out.

Pros

Occasional glances into the life of a wealthy entrepreneur. Also, the work events (summer and winter) are quite well off.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. The work consumes you, and it's expected in the culture. The goals of the product are wildly unrealistic, and after years and years of work, still barely scratch the surface of helping small business achieve their aims. Additionally, it's hard to have conversations that don't end up in shouting matches. I would never recommend anyone work here… just unhealthy everywhere you look.

Pros

- Some of the colleagues are really nice. - The concept behind the product is cool.

Cons

- No room for innovation, you will end up working with old stuff and maintaining legacy code. - Decisions are not made timely. Need to plan a trip? Your vacation days will be approved the day before the requested date, which makes it impossible to book anything in advance. - Payments are delayed very frequently. Even though you should, by contract, receive your salary on the last working day of a month, salary is deposited with almost one week of delay quite often. - Not an agile-oriented company. Micro management spread all over, pointless meetings, that feeling of fear when the CEO enters the room. - There is no planning. Work is executed based on the will of the CEO. People are discouraged to suggest because they won't be heard. - Critical defects on the product are commonly ignored or partially fixed.
