Cons
There's a bullying mentality in the office and terrible work culture. If you're not part of the clique, don't expect to have an easy time at work due to the toxic environment. The timesheet software is convoluted and outdated. Good luck getting the hours you worked for a project because you have to request them. It takes 40 hours to complete the task? Expect half the amount of hours to be given to you. Management is out of touch with reality because they accept projects they do not have the staff nor the experience to successfully complete. Expect to be overworked and not be paid for the extra hours you put in. Also expect to be blamed for errors due to the lack of knowledge from the project leads. There are zero templates for job related documents and training is nonexistent. Being stressed due to the lack of direction and communication from senior engineers is a normal occurrence. You are expected to complete a task with no guidance, training, or information on what to do.
