I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enercon Services in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied online and promptly received an email to set up a phone screening with one of Enercon's recruiters. This call was about 15 minutes long and afterwards I was sent an online personality assessment to complete. I was told this would take 15 minutes. It took an hour and many of the questions were either redundant or unclear.
Soon after completing this, they schedule a virtual interview with two engineers with the nuclear services team. The interview was mostly behavioral questions with two technical questions at the end. Overall the interview went well and the whole process had been very positive up to this point with the exception of the personality assessment. Unfortunately the process went downhill from here.
About two weeks later I received a call from the recruiter updating me the team really liked me and were considering one other candidate. I was told they "would have liked to have had something in front of me by now" but some things internally has been slowing them down. I interpreted this as an extremely positive chance I would be getting an offer. I was also told to call or email with any other questions or if I wanted another update but that it was not expected to take more than a week to get me a final update. Almost three months later, here I am writing this. I heard nothing back. After two weeks I called at least once every subsequent week but never got the call picked up or a callback after leaving a voicemail. I emailed and got no reply.
I would not be so upset had they not led me on (that is how it felt) as evidenced by the above experience. I do understand, however, that the company was recently acquired by a larger firm or something. Also the recruiter no longer works for them. That said, I know he was still working for them when I called and emailed as a friend of mine had a phone screening with him a month or so after my interview while I was actively being ghosted.
Take from this what you will, but this experience has left me never wanting to apply for a position at Enercon Services again.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enercon Services (Baton Rouge, LA)
Interview
There are three steps.
1. A quick, 15-minute phone screening interview where they ask you about your interests and why you wanted to apply. During the call, they also explained what Enercon is.
2. An online assessment where they asked about past projects.
3. An online interview. The interview was mostly behavioral, with some technical questions. They were very simple voltage and current dividers.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enercon Services (San Luis Obispo, CA)
Interview
The interview process was smooth, it started witha phone call with an HR representative, then a interview with the Engineering Manager, liked this interview since it was more like a conversation about experience and a couple of technical questions, and lastly a third interview/conversation witht the regional manager.
