Controlling CEO, doesn't allow employees to use thier own technology while "on the clock", requires you to turn off notifications on your smart watch, doesn't think innovation can happen remotely. Uses intimidation as a management style & said he prefers the 90's style of managing people. He actually said in a company meeting "if you don't know this because you're stupid..." If he likes you, he will compensate you accordingly. If he doesn't like you, that is also communicated via your compensation, has nothing to do with your work. He is generous if you have a life changing event. I always heard "he is so good to the employees". I never saw one example of that, outside of someone getting married or having a baby, in all other cases he talked to & treated everyone like they were beneath him.
