      Pros

      Your coworkers are nice. The system is very nice & easy to use. My pay is good. Middle management was awesome. Very smart IT group. They release changes often to stay ahead of competition.

      Cons

      Controlling CEO, doesn't allow employees to use thier own technology while "on the clock", requires you to turn off notifications on your smart watch, doesn't think innovation can happen remotely. Uses intimidation as a management style & said he prefers the 90's style of managing people. He actually said in a company meeting "if you don't know this because you're stupid..." If he likes you, he will compensate you accordingly. If he doesn't like you, that is also communicated via your compensation, has nothing to do with your work. He is generous if you have a life changing event. I always heard "he is so good to the employees". I never saw one example of that, outside of someone getting married or having a baby, in all other cases he talked to & treated everyone like they were beneath him.

      Initially, this review looks poor, but in fact, it embodies our culture. You don’t have nice coworkers or awesome middle management without great leadership. Yes, we encourage our employees to reduce outside distractions, such as messaging and buzzing, so they can get in the “flow”. We promote quiet time and know our employees desire and deserve this time so they can work without distractions, a too-rare commodity these days.

      Coworkers are great to work with, very supportive atmosphere. Everyone wants each other to succeed.

      Cons

      Work is very complicated and difficult. Since you have to learn everything about the software in depth, pay could be more competitive.
