- Good location next to a train station
Cons
- bad coffee (like the one in hospital waiting rooms) - proper coffee => doesn't exist, you must buy it yourself - no snacks, soft drinks, nibblies.. - no pens, paper, notebooks, office supplies, cables etc - no mugs or cups to take water to one's desk - no bathroom supplies, no tempos or tampons - company data is all over different stacks, extremely slow in getting access for work reasons - took 4-5 months to get a Tableau license - no onboarding - no in lieu manager when one is missing - no assigned desks; a standup desk takes 5 months to get from request moment on - no ergonomic chair, a process for requesting one doesn't exist (in NL) - Facilities is not educated in much ( i requested ergonomic support, they asked why i was employed at all if i needed a standup desk/proper ergo chair). - Pay seem to have no relation to function or title, but seniority and negotiation skills
