Most employees were treated like children, they paid people to time you on the phones how long it took you to chart and even to use the restroom or at lunch. If you were more than 3 minutes late signing back in after lunch or break you were messaged by the people that worked in time management. These people made more money than the Health Care Workers and most of them had their bachelors degree or higher some with Masters or even a few with doctorate and a lead or manager was notified. you were asked if you needed help and then asked to log back in to take calls off the dialer 5 minutes to document the calls. If more time needed lead or manager notified. Very stressful place to work with no trust and no considerations for longer calls or more documentation that was needed,
