Elevance Health interview questions

Had five 30 minute long interviews, most of them panel style (which felt rushed) and only one with another medical director (who was not positively engaging). Mixed messaging on position expectations depending on source. No response for several weeks. Only after reaching out, was told position was filled by internal referral despite listing being reposted. Very disorganized process relative to other companies. Wide salary range listed with high top of range is likely a red herring.
