Pros
Flexible time, you may in/knock off a bit late or early if your number is good and you stay extra for loss time. If your number is very good, and you do not follow KPI at all, you still in good. Good HR and cares toward employees. Decent amount of annual leave per year.
Cons
How you work, no matter how hard you do, if you do not able to give good result in sales number means you never work at all for the boss opinion, altho you follow all single steps given by boss. Careless to the team and difficult to apply annual leave even you have so many AL that you need to clear before the system cut off. Not fair budget given in between team.
