Salary comes on time, Most senior management is good

Cons

Call Center TL and Manager, they are like two villains of the organisation. TL is worst than the gate keeper(Doesn't know how to speak, use as bad language as slum people would be using) and manager support her always. Dont believe on their incentive policies it never comes.

they will treat you nice for a while, tell you everything you want to hear to get you in

it won't last long - absolute disgrace how middle management and team leaders are allowed to bully staff - drive them til they drop

great people good environment good on site facilities great technical support from IT and Help Desk great history

Cons

anyone with more than 5+ years of service are seen as a threat from the past, and not being able to change. If anyone can change, it's those that have lived through Harriett Green's days, when the business went through so many great changes. Senior Leaders today don't appreciate how resilient people with a history are.
