Pros
Good pay, good benefits, managers grades on employee surveys give employees a real voice. Good work life balance.
Cons
Very very bad planning, cya environment, engineering managers too competitive with each other and want to build their own kingdoms. Managers work against each other. Managers are promoted/demoted/fired based off appearances and friendship. Nepotism. Again very poor planning with Global layoffs. Diversity more important then performance.
