      Great people, fun projects, great work life balance, opportunity to work internationally, exposure to top ten retailers, ability to work cross functionally

      Cons

      low visibility, no support for small appliances NA. Need to be in majors to get anywhere. Promotion and direction comes from Sweden

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
