Pros
In three years was able to gain experience in different functions like Product Marketing, Sales etc. due to reorganization, promotions, etc. Great for young hires looking to gain experience (most roles have a varying degree of responsibility due to being a very lean organization).
Cons
Company is extremely focused on EBIT and cost-savings with little regard for quality of products, investing in the brand, etc. Very poor on-boarding process.....a bit of "throw you in the fire" mentality with little training involved.
